Sleeved 10/23. Having a very hard time with my water and protein. Had IV fluids last week. Got out if it this week because I basically lied, my labs were ok. I feel like crap I know I'm dehydrated. Down 20 lbs since surgery, and 15 from the pre op diet. I'm nauseous and have no energy. Hungry as tell but I just cannot eat. I came home this evening from ha ing surgery on Monday 10/23. I still have a lot of gas pain and no desire to eat or drink. How long does this last? Anyone else thinking of making their own shakes? I start my pre-op diet on the 9th. A few people I have spoken with say they get sick of everything they can eat being sweet. That there are to few "savory" things to choose from. Sent from my SM-G935T using BariatricPal mobile app
