So its been a while but i am officially one year out. I did have a 3 month illness with DVT not sure if it was surgery related, I do feel that is one of the reasons I'm not as far as I should be. I am thankful to lost the 73lbs that I am down. I am currently waiting for the weather to change so I can get back to walk,
I walk in endless circles around my house (inside) now that it's cold! Glad the DVT is over!
