it's been three weeks and I've lost, regained and lost the same 2-3 pounds .. I've been thinking maybe it's time to switch up my routine .. i think I'll contact a personal trainer ..

Im about 4 months post op. I was sleeved 9/11/17 . I have lost 51 pounds total. 20 pre op . 31 post op. And now I'm not losing anymore weight. This is really scary and discouraging .. Has this happened to anyone else ? Can anyone offer any advise or encouragement ?

I was sleeved 9/11 and I still have a considerable amount of pain from my main site. I thought being 19 days Post-Op that the pain would have subsided a little. Can anyone give me an idea of how much longer this will be spot will be hurting? Or how long they were hurting before it subsided ? I know everyone is different but Im curious to know.

I've actually been sleeping on my stomach .. I fall asleep on my side but I guess out of habbit I gravitate to my stomach while sleeping . So far there's been no harm done. Sent from my SM-G930T using BariatricPal mobile app
