    Hi all!!! I'm new to this app. I had gastric sleeve surgery 2 weeks ago and instantly lost 14 pounds. Well I have gained 3 pounds back and it's causing some extreme anxiety. I feel like I'm gonna fail this time as I have so many times before. Anybody else experience this?

    I've been back on clear liquids today. I've been so sick. Nausea and dry heaving. It's been awful

    I was told to... so I did. I've not had much trouble either.

    I put all my food in 2 oz containers so I know I can eat 2 of them. Might be just the ticket for your OCD!

    I feel the same. I am hoping that these negative feelings will soon pass as we emerge from our former selves. At least you're not alone

    Thank God for this site. I feel better just talking to u. I am real good now. On the 6th day after surgery I was able to eat. It's so strange how different each program is.

    Pretty good a little on the tired side. I'm addicted to the scale and have gained some weight. But I put the scale in time out and am hoping it's just shifting fluids. How are you feeling?

    I was moved to regular foods 6 days post op.
