Would flinstones chewables be okay to take? Would they give me the vitamins I need. I'm not allowed to take gummies, and the ones I've been trying to take have been making me sick.
-
I'm 3 months post op, and I can't take my vitamins. I try and try and try but they make me beyond sick so I just don't take them, I know it's bad but I just don't wanna be sick all day. Is there like an alternative? Like some sort of shot I can take that has all of my vitamins. Or what can I do? I'm sooo lost. My hair is falling out like crazy and my body is just so depressed and weak still. I don't know what's wrong with me

I'm not allowed to take gummies. I tried them with food ☹️ I tried different kinds but pills just in themselves hurt my stomach really bad. I'm nauseous all day

What can I take for period cramps? Since I've started losing weight my cramps have gotten soooo bad ☹️☹️ like to where I can't even think and I get hot flashes.

Oh I don't know why that happened lol but I would suggest getting some "gas X chewables" you're likely to have severe chest pains from all of the C02 that will get pumped into you.

So I'm almost 3 months out and I've lost 40 pounds. But I can't seem to see the numbers drop anymore. How long do plateaus usually last I'm beginning to get discouraged. Also, i am having a super hard time taking my vitamins. It hurts for them to go down and takes me forever to work myself up to it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I had my surgery a week ago today, I'm 18 years old and I'm just looking for people that actually don't mind talking. I could use the advice and the support. I'm very awkward, so that is the only downside lol.

I'm 2 months post op, has anyone drank hard liquor? Would I be okay to do so?

I'm a month out and I've lost 23 pounds, I was 270 when I went in for surgery and now I'm 247 Is that a decent amount of weight?
-
14 pounds in 3 weeks. I haven't lost any more[emoji853] I've even gained a pound or two and then lost it again. Why am I not losing? [emoji853][emoji853]

I'm 3 weeks out and I'm CRAVING fruit. Please tell me, can I eat fruit at all?
-
How much did everyone lose in the first week?

What are some good protein shakes I can buy from the store? Something that isn't full of sugar and doesn't taste like ass [emoji28]

They say your hunger hormone is basically gone after surgery. I'm 5 days out, I'm still hungry I have such a bad sweet tooth right now. I feel like a failure right now. I don't have great self control. [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24]

I'm one week post op and I'm experiencing really bad pains in the middle of my chest, when I breath in its tight, then if I bend over or stand up it's like someone is hitting me in the chest from inside! Any advice?
-
Yes I'm doing well with proteins. Im just a little weirded out because I haven't gotten sick once! (Like thrown up) I know when I'm full, but my stomach just isn't sensitive. So I'm losing the weight, but then my brain is like, "I don't think it worked"

Even better! [emoji104]

Mmm! I might have to try that. Thank you!

Well I just wasn't sure what to expect actually. Because I've heard of some people losing 20 in the first week lol, I know that was kind of a dumb question, I just wanted to make sure I was doing something right. [emoji23]

I hate creamy soups [emoji23] I don't know what's up with me lol. I actually put eggs in chicken broth, quick egg drop soup! I dont know if that's allowed, but I'm starving! Everyone is saying that they drink protein shakes, and I remember the lady that explained everything said no protein supplements, but everyone else is doing protein shakes and they seem to be doing fine. I've heard a lot of good things about the premiere! I am so going to try that.

I've lost 14 pounds since Friday! My surgery went so well, I made them let me get dressed right after and I was discharged early the next morning. I wanted to be OUT of there lol. And my mom had the bypass 12 years ago, which is why she was so supportive of me having this. I've been planning my surgery for a year and a half, and I guess I didn't realize how life changing it would be. (Obviously I knew, but I couldn't even begin to tell myself something I didn't know) I'm glad I did it, but if I can actually see progress, then I'll know I made the right decision. And that's awesome! I'm happy for you [emoji18] everyone deserves to feel happy in their own skin, so what if some people need a little extra help. I lost 25 pounds before my surgery, with medication. This surgery is in no way shape or form considered "lazy" It's been hard, especially watching everyone eat. But I know that I'll stop caring about food when I can start living an actual life where I don't feel like I have to hide my body.

I was just wondering if I was on a good start or not. I've lost 14 pounds in 7 days. I was afraid I might be a slow loser.

It's so hard to get my water in! I know it's crucial, but it's just hard to get down even. I don't throw up or anything, it just makes me feel like I'm going too.
