I am trying to lose the last 3 pounds my insurance requires of me. However, I have an awful headache all the time and no energy. Not to mention how crabby I am. I am doing a liquid diet bc I only have about a week to go. Any advice on whatbI am doing wrong or is this normal?

Thank you. I am only drinking one protien shake and lots of water and some broth. I will try another protien shake during the day. I appreciate your reply. I am kinda new to all this and trying to figure it all out.

Headahe!!!! I am doing a liquid diet trying to lose the last 3 pounds my insurance company requires before they will approve my surgery. However, this is causing me to have a constant and awful headache and fatigue. Not to mention how crabhy I am! Does anyone have any advice on what I am doing wrong or what i can do to help out?
