Had my band fitted today!just got to stay in tonight and I’m free tomox morning hope everyone that had there opps today are healing up and isn’t in to much discomfort -
Surgery is tomorrow and I think my anxiety has gone through the roof

This has me worried. I’ve got my op on the 17th and the main drive behind my weight loss was to get back on the rugby pitch. I did ask the dr if this would be possible with a band and he said “sure 100%” now I’m worried I might move it and cause myself some of the problems other people have had

Yeah I’ve given myself a kick up the backside! I’ve not been horrendously bad but I’m sure it doesn’t take a lot to make your liver big again.I’ve currently lost 40lbs from Xmas and for 95% of my diet I’ve been very strict. I just seem to be eating quite a lot of protein and drinking a ton of water. Hoping if I have a super clean week it will all be ok 🤞🤞 -

17april🙋♂️ This time next week it will all be over/beginning! To say I’m nervous is a massive understatement! The pre op diet is testing to say the least as I live away with work in hotels surrounded by fast food. I’ve made a few rubbish choices last week and with a week to go I hope I’ll be ok and haven’t done to much damage. Good luck everyone!
