I had Lap-Band surgery in June 2019 and over 3 years lost just over 100lbs. In 2017 I attempted to have revision to the sleeve but untimely my insurance (Cigna) denied it. My BMI was 35 and I had mild sleep apnea which they didn't deem severe enough for approval. Now, at the end of 2022, I have Anthem BCBS and am attempting to have revision to Gastric Bypass. My Dr. doesn't think I will have any issues getting approved but, we shall see!
