Hi Protein_Princess, some of my soft foods favs are red beans cooked extra long until i can smash with a fork, broccoli over cooked, green beans, lentils or whatever beans you like just make sure they are over cooked, Taco bell re-fried beans (this helps me think I am going out to eat)! Hopes these are some ideas you can enjoy!

I am in the same boat...three week stall....I have lost 36 pounds all togher and 23lbs since surgery! I am still not comfortable eating tuna, chicken, or any meats yet but doing well on chicken salad, tuna salad, and beans. Egg salad sounds good, will have to try that as well. I have not been able to get all of my protein in so I ordered some liquid protein since i have trouble with trying to eat and get enough in. Good luck!

That is super fantastic, 4 weeks out and have lost 22 pounds. My HW=236, SW=226, CW=204 and I am super excited. Good luck on our journey! -

I did the same thing I started eating everything I knew I would not be able to eat freely again as my one meal and still lost 10lbs when I weighed in for surgery Monday. My HW=236, SW=226.1! Don’t beat yourself up and just try to get back on track! By the way surgery went well for me! -

He found a hernia and because of past surgeries my stomach is swollen and not allowing very much liquids to go down. Lot of reflux.
