Anyone else eat and drink at the same time?
After a couple of months with my new stomach I tried eating and drinking at the same time- nothing bad happened. Keep in mind I only eat 3-5 bites of anything to make sure I save room for water/beer/ wine during my meal. Does anyone else do this? I end up with a total of 1,200-1,500 calories a day including 2 beers or a glass of chardonnay. I have surpassed my goal weight of 135- now I'm 130.02 and continue to lose a pound a week. I eat 5-6 times a day, stick to healthy options and exercise / play sports multiple times a week. Curious to know if anyone else eats and drinks at the same time?
