    I m scheduled for September 18th and just started the pre liquid diet 3 days ago. Today I find myself gagging at the smell of the protein shakes. They said I should have 60 grams of protein and the shakes have 30g so technically I only need 2 shakes a day. What other liquids have others tried besides broth, jello and SF ice pops. Thanks
