You won't know until you try it. Just eat one or two SMALL bites and wait a few minutes. Then see how it feels. If you get pain, stop. And don't over eat. You need to learn how you feel before you get full. I am 3 weeks out, trying new foods and this has been working well for me. I'm still not hungry so stopping is easy.
