I couldn’t really drink my protein shake...maybe I got tired of it. I’m not losing weight as rapidly as others...not sure what’s my problem And I’m getting crazy craving for foods ughhh SW: 241.5 CW: 236

I had my surgery on Monday. Went home on Tuesday.....home resting now. I’m hoping to go back to work next week. How’s everyone else doing?

Lucky! Your doc only required few days of liquid diet! Day 5 of liquid diet for me...lost 7 pounds so far. Most likely water weight but it is still good

Today is my first day of pre-op liquid diet. Surgery is scheduled on 11/20. What should I bring to the hospital with me? Shopping list for the surgery? I did stock up on Premier protein shakes and water. Not sure what else I should prep. Any suggestions?
