I think the vanilla is super sweet. I like the chocolate though. I tried a couple different powders and couldn't get them down. The broth and the yogurt are my saving grace right now. HW 307 CW 263 HT 5'5 VSG 9/8/17

I'm on day 2 of liquids. I'm doing 3 premier protein shakes a day, broth, sf jello and tea, my surgeon also wants 6oz of nonfat plain Greek yogurt daily... but I was really hungry today and dragging...I had 3oz of chicken and a hard boiled egg white at dinner
