Hi, I feel your pain. I was in the same situation not too long ago. The quickest way to shed weight for a specific occasion like yours is low carb. PERIOD! For me meal prepping is key. I would cook breakfast, eggs and turkey sausage and dinner chicken breasts and a veggie for the week. Keep it simple. You don't need lots of sides. For lunch I love spinach strawberry salad and cottage cheese. Yes it may get redundant eating the same thing but it gets the job done quickly. I had to do this for a weigh in as well.
