if you are constipated, you aren't drinking enough water...another thing you can do to make sure this doesn't happen again is get some glycerin suppositories at the drug store and use one when you haven't had a bowel movement in a few days (don't wait more than 2)...it usually works within about 15 minutes...then you need to remember that if you don't drink a lot of water to keep your system going...this will continue to happen...good luck!
