    Psych evaluation

    That could be possible

    Psych evaluation

I see a psychiatrist weekly, he could not do the evaluation according to the staff where I will be having my surgery. I did the five hour evaluation and consult, I was told I was good to go. As I'm leaving I was told by the way your doctor will need a letter from your psychiatrist stating you are mentally stable..... If that was all they needed why did I waste my time?

    Quitting smoking

I was told they go back as far as twelve weeks, where I will be having surgery.

    Jello

I never rethought about it, I just occupy myself with things. I'm just starting out, they have put me on something like a keto diet. When I start thinking of food I draw, read, or bug my grand kids. I m sure after I have surgery it may be a bit different

    Meds after surgery

Than you for responding, I've been worried about having leg issues and post op issues. You've set my mind at ease
  8. I'm curious to know, how do you take existing meds after surgery? I take metformin, and something for restless leg syndrome as ell as anti depressant, non I would want to chew or pre-desolve.

    Stupid Smoking

I have been trying hard not to smoke, doing it cold turkey. I found that my trigger is, when I talk to my sister by phone I have an incredible urge to smoke (because she is so negative) I decided not talking to her for a bit would be a good thing, it was to a point but the cravings can be over whelming

    Vitamins

I was, as well as a high fat, and protein diet
  11. Reading what you posted, I should have joined this site sooner, I told a couple of family member and was put down heavily for my decision, came to the conclusion they won't be helping me post surgery

    New found attention!!!

I have worked around men most of my life and one thing I have learned in conversation that a true committed man to a woman what ever the status, feels as if the have a secret lover with their mate when ever there is a change, be it hair clothes or even colored contacts. Be happy and I am sure you will find a way to enjoy every moment. My mother was as big as she was tall, my father spoiled her to hell. She was diagnosed with diabetes six years before she died, as she began to drop weight at a ridiculous rate, (going from 500 to280) we saw a change in my father for the worst. He no longer wanted anything to do with her, he was cruel, and cold. My mother died after their 33rd birthday. Sorry for the negative but, I just wanted you to appreciate the new husband as well.
