I understand every doctor is different but my doctor told me he would have a surgery date for me in dec and having surgery in jan being my 5th weigh in in dec and 6th weigh in in january how would that work? Will everything be submitted 1 week before supposedly surgery date to insurance??

My insurance has to be renewed every 6 months and am required to do 6 monrh documented weighins my imsurance should be up by october but i have appointments set up for oct,nov,dec, and hopefully surg in january im hoping to get my insurance renewed asap but do you think this will affect me? My insurance company requires 40 bmi or higher or 35 with comorbidities.. I actually believe i have no comorbidities possibly sleep apnea since most people arent aware they have it but i was told i dont need a sleep study Sent from my LGMP260 using BariatricPal mobile app
