Hello,
Today is my fourth going on fifth day on my pre-op diet and I am having issues on the lean diet dinner and snacks. Is for my pre-op diet I am supposed to have either two portion shake or a portion shake and protein bar for breakfast and lunch. I have been doing that okay and its just in-between and dinner that gives me doubt. so on the list it said unlimited veggies which I have kept as veggies like carrots and broccoli and salads with no dressing.
For example:
Breakfast- protein shake
Snack: Jell-o
Lunch- protein shake
in-between- small salad within dressing. (50/50 Mix)
Dinner- broccolini cooked in water, lemon pepper and garlic. Salmon (3-6 oz) baked in oven with lemon pepper, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
I feel like I am eating to much but I don't know. then I also feel like am I following it correctly.
p.s.
Water intake is pretty high.
