Welcome Lora, Congrades on your surgery date. I'm also being banded by Dr. De La Torre but at DuPaul hospital in St. Louis on April-23. I met him for the 1st time on Wed. for my consultation. I've never had surgery before but I'm not too worried cause I've had nothing but glowing reports on Dr. De La Torre. Good luck with your surgery & keep intouch. John
