Can you not take a gummy vitamin? I am going to start taking Flinstone's gummies :)

Gummies aren't the right kind of vitamins for bariatric patients.

I personally use the powdered vitamins from GNC. They aren't bariatric specific (and they have protein, fiber, and artificial sweetener in them). I add a chewable calcium citrate (also from GNC.. berry flavored).

I found a liquid I can take for now I was so hungry today I have not cheated on my liquid pre-op but I put some baked chicken in my mouth today and chewed it up for dear life then I spit it in the garbage..... I had to laugh at myself I came to far to relapse now I just want something to eat I am down 11 lbs though the last 5 days drinking premier protein and water and a little broth

  7. I am on day 2 with the Pre-op liquid diet I drank one premier protein drink 30 grams of protein it actually taste pretty good and one sugar free jello and some water I'm not as hungry as I was yesterday

Smart choice, the fewer people that you tell the easier your life will be. There are several posts on this site that back that statement up. Folks are crazy and will not leave you alone when it comes to questions about it and the single favorite question "why?"
