    Protein Powder

Beneprotien is a great tasteless protein powder that can be added to drinks or food

    Diarrhea

That's horrible! I'm so sorry you are going through this. I have had instances of diarrhoea but only very few. I have heard that some people can be intolerant of lactose and sugars and fats after surgery and that it will improve over time. The fake sugars in the sugar free foods can give you the runs also, so maybe you are sensitive to them too. i would call your surgeon and or your dietician and ask for advise. I know having fiber like benefiber can give bulk to you poop so it's not runny. I would ask my doctor though. I really hope you feel better soon.

    Anyone Feel Sick Simply Dieting?

Yeah I felt like that too! The worst part of the whole surgery I reckon is the pre diet. I felt worse then than I did after the surgery

    Hair loss

Yeah you will have a little bit of hair loss due to your bodies reaction to the surgery but if you keep up your protein you can minimise any further loss. Or so I'm told.. I'm scared too! Thank goodness it will grow back
  5. Your body has been through a lot. Maybe it's in shock. My experience is once I plateau for a week, I loose a a few kilos the next week. But if your worried maybe give your surgeon a call and ask. It can't hurt [emoji4]. Wishing you good health.

    Constipation

My surgeon recommended lactulose, it's supposed to be gental in helping you go. The fiber binds stool together the water hydrates it and the lactulose medication (liquid) helps you go
