Have you spoken to your Doctor - maybe they can refer you to a therapist to speak to. Get on top of these feelings before they get worse. Best wishes

Always hungry
BigAussieGirl replied to Bamagirl422's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
Are you tracking your food? It looks like you have a fair few carbs in your meals. I find that if I eat more protein I don't get hungry. Good luck with your weight loss -
Glad to hear you are recovering well. 10 inches off your waist is amazing! Great work

No regrets, I wish I did it 5 years ago!

How did you feel six or seven weeks out??
BigAussieGirl replied to NewBeginnings2018's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I felt 100% by that time. I was eating normal food so energy level wasn't a problem. I was at the gym 3 -4 times a week. -
Congrats! Great job especially over the holiday season

Opinions on sleeve vs. bypass?
BigAussieGirl replied to jayleensmama's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
It took me a long time to decide between the sleeve and bypass. What made me make a decision was speaking to an oncologist who said that there are certain cancer medications that bypass patients can't take. (no other forms of these drugs available, please don't ask me the names, I can't remember). I didn't want to be put in a position that I regretted my surgery choice because I couldn't have a medication that I needed. So I chose the sleeve. I love my sleeve, I'm confident I've made the right decision for me. Good luck on your journey. -

I've lost weight this week. Who would have thought I'd lose weight Christmas week!!. I would have been happy if I didn't put on weight and move backwards. I love my sleeve. -

Opinions to stop losing weight
BigAussieGirl replied to BrandiceLeSha's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
@Rainbow_Warrior I totally agree - seeing an exercise physiologist was one of the best decisions I've made. I really appreciated their support and the way they tailored a program for me.
