sorry - I had began to write this and then realized I was going to be late for my dentist appt if I didn't leave - so here goes again: suzyt - no one's the same and you can get weird symptoms from something totally different than another person - but usually when I hear gallbladder 'issues' it brings to mind intense pain usually associated with eating fatty/rich foods (like glou was saying). some people do get referred pains up into a shoulder. although you can get bloating and gas (actually kinda the same thing - bloating comes from being gassy) with some mild gall stones - usually when I hear gassy, bloating and diarrhea - I tend to think something totally different - could be many things but some examples that come to mind: recent change in diet and or fiber intake, excessive rich foods or dairy in a higher ratio than other foods on a system thats not used to it, high sugar alcohol intake (sugar free foods - most don't bother me but there is one type of sf popsicle that is no good for me), lactose intolerance - can be new onset, varying degrees or different trigger foods, Irritable bowel syndrome, etc - forgot to include infection! don't know if this helps - but good luck and bottom line - I hope you feel better! 2nd day of teeth work - is done - ok so far but was warned I might have issues tomorrow.

G4E - good to hear from you - Prayers for you and BIL! Thanks for the well wishes on my mouth - oddly I am not having any pain (not sure thats good) the root canal originally was done beginning of the year - never felt right and then all of a sudden an abscess developed above the root. So revision on monday with endodontist specialist - $$$ (their hoping this will take care of the infection.) To top it off I have a cavity - right in between 2 teeth - so it's actually 2 and because of the odd location they have to do a partial crown. I mean seriously - I take care of my teeth - WTH?! I wanted it done all at once - but there on opposite sides of the mouth so they said they wont because I'll be numb all over. I tried to explain that I can handle a liquid diet for a day (duhh!) They don't seem to understand - so back to the dentist on Tuesday. Just what I want to do on my 2 days off - oh well!

Heartfire - I know I joke about it all the time - but I really don't drink that often. My friends always joke that when I do - I DO (but they really just like to make fun that it's always girlie drinks) As far as calories - because I usually know if a drinking night is coming - I just try to eat light that day and maybe the next. Mostly though - sometimes I figure it's moderation (sometimes) and still doing things I enjoy - end of the day calories in - calories out - get my ass out on the trail!

BBK - I don't know what to tell you! I'm not one to give advice unless I feel it is constructive. It's a crap situation to be in. Someone should beat the hell out of that creep, but I can understand you not wanting it to be your husband who does it. I just don't want to see the creep try and tell your husband you came onto him just because you turned him down. Is there another dojo you can take your daughter to? Hang in there - and I'm sorry you're in this mess.
