Now I don't know anything about mild coffee - I do know there is a common misconception in the coffee world: The darker the roast - the less caffeine it has! I always thought that was interesting. So back to the grind tonight - going to be a rough one! heartfire - went to SoCal to visit my sister. Had an amazing trip and it was very hard to leave. Also spent monday hiking up a mountain and my body still aches today!

Brandy - I've known for a while - but it was only after having the veil pulled away via the UPS office (not just illegal for usps - completely illegal to ship any alcohol anyway - unless you have a special license to do so) The UPS guy was like - that looks like good vinegar you're shipping there, what are they going to do with that vinegar when they get it? Make sure to put vinegar on the packing list, etc.. I was cracking up after I looked like the total idiot b/c I was like - this is not vinegar it's a really good dessert wine - the guy just had this look like - are you really that dense - trying to help you out here!

Yesterday: B: latte, 2 bites donut L: bites of cooking dinner (all day process) D: various samplings of an indian meal: samosas w/ chutney, chicken tikka masala, dahl, beef saag, naan, basmati rice S: scoop of vanilla ice cream w/ caramel and hot fudge :thumbup: Today: B: sm. oh yeah protein bar L: insides of a roasted chicken enchilada (never made it to a tortilla) S: sm handful trail mix D: chicken tikka masala, rice, naan S: ice cream sundae

Hiked up a mountain today - about 2 miles each way but we climbed about 2,000 ft and its rated as a strenuous hike - loved it!

Friday: B: muscle milk lite chocolate shake L: 1/2 bowl chicken tortilla soup w/ couple chips and salsa S: handful of wheat thins D: 1 shrimp enchilada (to die for) and couple bites chicken S: 1 scoop ice cream Today: (baaaddddd - went to a county fair) B: 1 silver dollar sized multigrain pancake w/ dollop of honey ff greek yogurt, 3 rasberries and sprinking of pecans and 1 morningstar sausage link S: mixture of cheddar and caramel popcorn, sm iced skinny vanilla latte L: couple bites pulled pork, 2 sm waffle fried S: ice cream D: (very late) 1/3 animal style in-n-out cheese burger (just meat and animal style sauce w/ onions and sm choclate shake :thumbup:

Well and the funny thing was I had to use a child's little plastic shovel and pail to do it...............so funny! Today - walked 4.2 miles through the hills again (my arse HURTS!)

ok so yesterday - non-traditional exercise: dug a 8'x3'x4' deep 'fort' in the beach for 3 4 yr olds - twice since they had so much fun filling it back in - I wouldn't normally count this except that I ache this morning from doing it. Today: Walked 8.2 miles this am - through some major hills - my legs are killing me - but it feels good!

I have to agree with Jennifer - I too had a run-in w/ HH awhile back. I'll be the first to admit it - I pulled a Failure - I saw something I didnt like and attacked - I initiated the fight - but quickly saw there was no use in arguing (he would have probably won the verbal sparring anyway) and I backed down. I have since grown to respect him (at least find him intriguing) as I believe he does me. This is adult behavior (well at least the latter part)- lets leave the grade school bickering and games to those under the age of 12. No one has the right to invalidate one's worth - indicating what you have to say is not important. This is what happens when you willy nilly erase the words of another. They are not just words - they are someone's thoughts and ideas - no more or less important than your own.

Absolutely - most of us do not discuss LBT - or any band topics on FB for privacy reasons - this was an intolerable act! Completely forgot to mention the deleting posts issue do my anger and frustration over the previous topic. Deleting someone else's words because you don't like what they say - is intolerable - but again I guess it will be tolerated here.

NOW I'M PISSED - this has gone and ruined my travel leisure! Am I to understand that a MOD here - went to another site (FB) and attacked/chastised/ridiculed or otherwise demeaned a person from LBT - if that isn't grounds for LBT banishment - and forfeiture of mod status - I don't know what is - oh wait yes I do - speaking up for oneself - that gets it done!

Today: B: activia light yogurt S: 3 mini chips ahoy L: nothing - was running around town but had 2 kraft caramels at the nail salon D: 2 oz grilled thai beef w/ red bell pepper and peanut sauce, 1/2 oz smoked gouda while making dinner going to be up for awhile tonight - might make a protein milkshake :thumbup:

Alright - was about to have a non-exercise day b/c realized time was getting away from me and have much to do before I leave (notice here I am on computer) but said I needed to start off right so: much reduced but do to time constraint I ran for 1.1 miles (i could walk all day literally but I dont run!) then cooled down by walking for another 3/4 of a mile. Not enough - but its something
