I don't know about gaming - but I love Bones - don't think I have ever missed an episode -
I agree - You can do it! And anyone is welcome at any time - just hands off the hotties!

ok so today - yes I got up early (and we all know why) but I did get up for another reason - tonight 2 nurses were having birthday's and it is a goodbye party for a nurse that has worked with us for many years - and us nurses like to eat well. I usually cook a lot of the food - one I like to and some of the other nurses might kill someone. They picked a theme of pasta and salad (they pick the most random themes) So I made a lasagna - which I had a ragu bolognese cooking all morning for, a peanut butter chocolate cake (for the birthdays), carmalita bars, garlic bread and a cheesy shells pasta dish with andoouille sausage. I actually made the lasagna in the crock pot - was impressed it came out very well. I need a family so I can cook on a regular basis for people.

Very interesting - I like broccoli but not the others but don't think I liked many vegetables as a kid - but love them now - I don't know - could be me. To vodka and schnapps it is an actual allergy though - not like any my doctors are aware of though - I actually look like and feel like someone who is having a heartattack. Actually any time I drink alcohol - I will get a mild reaction (feel like i did a 2 hour strength workout for the upper body) it's just those 2 alcohols that give me the bad reaction. I actually had a friend once who thought I was making it up - and gave me a jello shot that she said was made with rum but was actually made with vodka - i was on the floor in 5 minutes and out of commision feeling like I was going to die for an hour. Vodka cooked in sauces is ok though.

HH - In your dreams! Funny thing is - everyone I work with say I give the best baths - I bring in soaps, washes, lotions, shampoos, etc from home (hospital supplies are crap) so that everyone smells good - everyone gets hair washed and blown dry, most nights you get a foot massage and a back rub when I change the sheets. Teenage girls will sometimes get a manicure or pedicure. I refuse to let me patients smell bad if there is anything I can do about it.

I love mojitos - I sometimes cheat and go 1/2 and 1/2 with seltzer and a diet lemon lime soda. I am actually allergic to several alcohols (no vodka or schnapps for me) and for this reason I think my body has always had a natural aversion to alcohol in general - I genuinely don't like the taste and have had to work very hard to be able to drink (how messed up is that) I basically only drink sweeter drinks where you don't taste the alcohol as much.
-
Speaking from experience - people go a little nuts in the hospital, meds, lack of sleep, lack of normal routine, the medical processes going on in their body and countless other factors. It always cracks me up when the 90 year old grandpas or priests and nuns start cussing at anyone who walks into their room or stripping in front of anyone - the patient usually has no idea what they are doing and doesn't remember it in the future - but their poor family and friends are just distraught. On the other side though are the dirty old men who can't wait for their nightly bed bath and insist they are just too weak or tired to do it themselves - DISGUSTING!
-
Allright girls - have a mojito for me. **or maybe 4 or 5** :crying: Oh - and guess who took ice cold water to the hotties - taking a break on her lawn. :frown: Glou - sorry - thought I would look a little conspicuous with a camera.
-
Heaven forbid I not be thorough - I would hate to miss even the slightest injury anywhere!
-
It is absolutely for medical observation - and heaven forbid one of them were to stop breathing - I would be on duty!!! As far as planning future jobs - you better believe I am. INterestingly enough I am planning on ripping out the carpet in my upstairs and redoing the hardwoods. It just so happens that the younger brother specializes in floor work. Isn't that just amazing luck?!

***waves franticly back - thanking God for the land down under***

It is decidedly very sad to have all my friends asleep. A boring night at work just makes it worse that I have no one to talk to! Thank goodness tap and slim will be up in 4 or 5 hours!

Trust me - I wish I knew how! Of course I don't really need to since I get to watch them working oh so hard in the summer sun - it's rough let me tell you!

Ok - so I am definitely in the minority when it comes to the boobies - I never had any to begin with - I didn't even fill a B cup fully prior to banding and the B cups for us bigger ladies are like 3 times the size of a B cup for a 'normal' size girl - I have no hope of fitting a bra until the saline or silicone gets poured in (maybe next year) and sadly what little I do have flops about like a tractor trailer's tire flap.
-
I'm so glad you asked this - I've been thinking about getting one as well and was trying to figure out which one I'd like more - can't wait to hear everyone's input.

Ok I'll end up taking them down tomorrow but here are 2 of his cosmo modeling pictures (the oldest one)
