SDMTNMN - For adding a picture (also known as an avatar) just go to your public profile (easy way to get there - just click on your name) when your profile is on the screen - towards the middle top of the page is a button you can push to 'customize profile' from there you can click in 'edit avatar' and upload any picture from your computer. Well - while we're making things public and all - just thought I'd throw something out to Mr Lapbandtalk (ALEX) Now I seem to recall you saying you weren't going to respond any further unless it was PM. But that's a chicken shit way to get in a public verbal war of words, get the last say and then state that nothing else can be said publicly. I call for an apology (multiple actually - although I'm afraid there are probably more needed than I will currently remember) If you hope to redeem any sense of public dignity (not that I expect you to care - but let's imagine for a second that you might care what impression you are leaving on new people coming to your cash cow for the first time) I believe an apology is due to Lulu for your statement regarding her attitude. I also believe you owe an apology to myself for your callous and insensitive remark pertaining to the size of my alcoholic beverage that night and to the fact that you suggest we should have one. Furthermore you should retract your words regarding my language being "combative" - oh forgive me for daring to voice opposition to the poorly made and personal vendetta based decisions of people doing your bidding - this is a free country and a public site - it is my right. Unlike some of the responses coming from some at LBT - I at least had evidence for the points I made. Not that I expect an answer - but I'm putting it out there for all to see!

RM - very well stated - Thank you! I pray it does not fall on deaf ears. I too realize I was unfortunately using the term banned in reference to HH. What I intended to say was suspended as well as with the other person involved. Not meaning to make light of the situation - but I am reminded of an appropriate example from kindergarten: (true story - no joke) A boy in my class came over and pushed me down to the ground, in getting up I yelled "HEY!" Next thing I knew we were both in timeout and getting paddled (yes parochial school). I tried to make my case to the teacher that I didn't do anything - he really just came up and pushed me. (was the true account) My very wise teacher said - she had no idea who started what but it didn't matter - from what she saw both of us were involved when she came over. Was it fair to me? - Not necessarily (biased though) Was it the fair way to handle the situation with the information she had? - Probably

Plain - that actually really saddens me - I meant it when I said I looked forward to our joyful sparring - you have made me laugh on many a night. I say again I am completely able to separate a disagreement on one subject and have fun on another. If you really feel that strongly - just break away for a while but not for good then come back and lets have fun again - If you did this then the wrong person would be leaving again!

Allright seriously on a funny note - looking at it together cracked me up: Ban the person - not the name Attack the idea - not the person just seems funny - dont know why - maybe it's the container i'm using tonight.......btw Alex - that was a low blow and inappropriate for someone who I don't dialogue with - again you don't know me!

Plain - I totally understand the idea behind banning the person not the name. I was speaking directly to susan who specifically posted that the alternates were getting "more and more insulting". Whether they were wrong to be there or not - they were - I want to know where the evidence is that they were getting more insulting.......yes I'm calling this bluff/lie on out... couple things: -want proof and for her statement to be correct there has to be escalation of insulting behavior and with more than one alternate. you won't catch me holding my breath waiting for riches to come out of thin air!

Well I just love how all the anger tonight and bickering comes back down to one focal point - and it's not HH - it's you. Yet here you are coming on and are all - why cant we all just get along - lets serve others, make the world a better place - you have no business speaking like that when you have been the root of the problem - In everyone's life there is a time to learn to sit back, close your mouth and not say anything.

I am aware of several of his now banned personas - having hysterically interacted with them - Now I may have missed a post or 2 - but have never read a post by one of his alter-egos that was even remotely insulting - do you have any evidence suggesting otherwise - or are you just trying to make excuses....... I can see how you feel that way - let's make it a little more clear - I have intended to slam susan all night having been informed that many of the issues I have are in regards to her doing (this information is from many sources - but having no direct information/ proof myself that she is truly at the heart of my problems - I have left it general so as not to condemn without evidence. It has also allowed for the inclusion of any other mods involved that I am unaware of. If it does not pertain to certain mods then it shouldn't offend them - these have been my intentions however.

You know what Plain - I am sure having to go back and explain myself a lot - probably the rum - but I'm ok with having to do so - it tends to solve problems from continuing down a bad direction (sometimes) I do have issues with HH being banned - but maybe not in the way it seems from my post - you see I understand that he broke rules and may have indeed behaved badly (although the receiving end of badness deserved it in my book) my problem is that: 1 - I miss him (yes someone who I had a public outburst with on this very same thread) 2 - There seems to be a miss-communication regarding any corrective communication/action being taken before suspension. So yes I don't like the decision that he was gone and I am calling it poor b.c that's how I feel. If you had a part in making that decision then sadly you have saddened me - I am not maliciously calling you a bad/poor decision maker - I am not making this personal - which you seem to have taken it. I say again that I enjoy you here and FB - in this specific issue we disagree and I happen to be angry tonight I have the capacity to get by this - the question is do you?

Plain - let me start by saying that I have really enjoyed your presence on LBT - you crack me up actually and have looked forward to the playful sparring. I do not know exactly what part you had in HH's departure which I have issues with - I have enjoyed keeping that separate from joking with you - I can separate people I know who don't get along. If you are truly unaware of where the issue with being a 'follower' has come from then it doesn't pertain to you (but to someone it makes a lot of sense) I am bent about things being public tonight - that's what I did - made it public - you responding means you were made aware. Public and direct are 2 different things. Now as far as my statement about not being a follower but a friend suffers from very poor sentence structure - the first half pertaining to the mod who called me a follower and the latter half to Alex who all of a sudden comes in to try and settle the waves way too late.
