I use sugar free pudding powder to alter the taste of vanilla. 1 scoop is all you need. I was also told I could use liquid extracts, but not much due to the sugar content. Also use peanut butter/almond butter. It makes things taste better!

I like the vanilla premier protein and add sugar free pudding (the powder) in either butterscotch or chocolate, and a scoop of peanut butter. You can also try vanilla extract, or really any of the extracts, but not much due to the sugars. I stick to vanilla that way I can change it up and make it taste different. It isn't amazing, but it is better! Hope this helps -

I am scheduled for 9/26!!!!! Original date was 8/28, but Hurricane Harvey had other plans. 14-day Pre-Op #2 starts on Tuesday :-) -
I live in the metro Houston are, and have been hit hard by Hurricane Harvey. I was "supposed" to fly out on Monday 8/28 for surgery in Mexico.... well that has been cancelled. My flight has been cancelled, now I have to wait till 8/28 to reschedule everything. I have completed my 2 weeks of pre-op, all for nothing.... I am so sad... But please no sadness for me, please send prayers to all the flood victims and people who have lost everything. Surgery can be rescheduled, but some people have lost so much more!

I was cooking dinner for the family, and not even paying attention, I ate about 4-5 spoonfuls of food. It is such a natural habit, that I honestly didn't realize I was doing it, until it was too late. I am scheduled for surgery in 1 week from today, so I am so close to the finish line on this pre-op journey. I have been super dedicated, drinking the shakes, water and broth, but not sure how I messed up. Mentally I am devastated, but will I be ok???? No judgement please

I am super excited about my surgery. I am day 2 pre-op. I am more excited about the medical possibilities with this surgery, the lose of bad habits and healthy changes. Being able to tie my shoes without loosing my breath, wearing fun cute clothes, and just the overall change in my moods. I was nervous also, but remind myself of all the good!!!!! Prayers for you :-) -
