  1. Hello ! Sorry to know you have this issue... I also faced this and even felt the water heavy on my stomache. I even had vomit for 3 days and went to hospital to hydrate my body. Yet, the day I fixed the way I slept I never felt this again. Try to sleep at 45 degree, you head higher than your body. Moreover, a tip Our feeling for hunger and being full has changed than before... Whenever you feel your stomache nauseous and you haven't eaten for for than 2 hours, it means that you are hungry... That's it for me Please try to change the way you are sleeping and update us Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Trying to get back on track

Ouch !!! I made the Sleeve Surgery in September... I believe if I don't stop myself from eating random foods I'll follow your steps... Thanks for the notes you wrote... made me realize what I might face... Wish you all the best... it is annoying NOT to eat what we like especially if we have it between our hands... You did good now... changed your faily habits, went to the Gym... keep on I advise you, if you nake your family eat healthy and make effect on what's available in your house (food) it will help you and your family a lot. You have all my support, please keep us updated. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
  3. Hello Gabbee, Well I'm now 10 weeks after Sleeve Surgery and I can almost eat everything. Yet, my stomache gets a little upset after eating chicken or Meet (patty) or heavy/full-fat food. When I eat stew or boiled veggies I can eat in mote quantities and stomache being less upset. Just stay away of peppers and spices and full fat food. That's it for me... I'd welcome any advices or comments Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
