How are you doing now?

Two more visits with my dietician and then will submit for insurance approval. Hoping to have GBS before the end of the year. Started a meal replacement drink for breakfast and multivitamins about a week ago as well as other recommendations from my RD. Trying to start changes now and prepare as much as I can for post-op life. Some things I have read on this forum scare me and others are helpful/encouraging. Looking forward to positive interactions on here and learning more to help me succeed on my journey.

Thank you! It has been a little scary but also good to read about people's experiences. Sometimes I read too many of the complications posts all at once and get overwhelmed. There are risks with the surgery and there are risks without the surgery. I need to make the best well-informed decision I can for myself and not allow fear to make my decisions for me.
