I'm with bcbs svc they are making me do a 12 month program. Where in NC are you? Honestly take the tone work the program abs learn as much as you can. Really look art this time as the begging off your journey. So not wait until the surgery date too make changes in you're life! I am 7 months into my program and I remember when my doc told me 12 months i envy home and cried. After that I decided if I have to do it I may as well make the most of it. Hi! Thanks for checking on me! I'm doing good and not so good. All of my paper work is being submitted to the ins to see if out will be approved early. I will hopefully find out on the coming weeks. I lost am additional 4lbs. The not so good is my ain't who is like a mother to me is in the hospital she is having her leg amputated. She is obese and suffers from diabetes. Her kidney abbr liver have shut down and trying to stabilize her. I am an emotional eater soit gas been super hard not to deal into old habits. I am located in Charlotte NC and I am thinking of starting a meetup group for anyone who has either had or is planning to have Bariatric surgery. I would like to do weekly or bi-weekly meetups, something simple like a park walk, meetup for coffee or tea etc..... Would anyone be interested in this? If so comment below and I will update you

Hi Everyone, I am looking for a sleeve sister or a friend to chat with and go through this process with. I am 33 and live in Charlotte. I am 7 months in to my 12 month weightloss program. I expect to have surgery some time between Feb and March. I am working my program with Dr. Melkonian. I currently Work out several times a week and I am sticking to a 1200 Cal diet. I want to met other people who I can interact with, Maybe go for walks, Hit the gym together and just in general connect with throughout the process. looking forward to hearing from you all!
