I had a revision surgery Dec 18,23. After surgery I have lost 62 pounds and now I am struggling to get my protein and water in. And I am trying to lose the 4 pounds i gained and lose 10 on top of that

Sorry you don’t know me. But I am trying to get back on track and it is really hard.

I had surgery on the October 25 and I went to the doctor on 31 I was down 14 and altogether I am down 24 pounds. I feel great

I had my surgery on October 25 and I went to the dr to get my staples out on 31 and I was down 14 pounds and 9 now at a stall not losing anything

I am at a stall and not losing is that a problem I have lost 24 altogether and not losing anything else why is that

One week and I am down 16 pounds

I am 4 days out and I can only eat to spoons of broth but I am getting my liquids in

Have body terrible gas pain

Was in a lot of pain last night. Doing a little better this morning. I am getting my liquids in

I have my done tomorrow

Mine is the 25 I am ready

I am down 6 pounds in three days
