    I had my sleeve done on 9/28 and have been doing ok but really starting to notice a constricted feeling , like there's a rubber band and around my stomach but feels like heartburn. I know that's kinda vague. I am taking Prilosec daily so I don't think it's heartburn but it's just a constant uncomfortable feeling. Maybe gas bubbles? Or normal post op stretching? Does this make any sense to anyone else?..

    Hi all, I have a surgery date scheduled for September 6 and was curious if anyone has tips to prevent loose skin. Is there anything I could start doing now to possibly prevent or minimize it after surgery?? A particular helpful cream? Massage? Dry brushing? Any tips would be great. Thanks!
