Believe I’ve asked this before. But how many calories is everyone eating at this point? I’m afraid I’m eating too much too soon. Doc said eventually she wants me eating 1100 calories a day.

How much water are you drinking? I feel like either I do really well with the protein or really well with water. But not both.

Getting so frustrated. 3.5 weeks out and haven’t lost anything since the first week.

My doc wants me on half clear half full liquid this week.

How much are they?

Woke up pretty sick today. Gonna try my best to get this liquid in.

I got some of the chewable Gas-x tablets yesterday and they have helped tremendously.

Was very sick all day yesterday. Feelings lots better today. Still have a lot of gas. Trying to do better on fluids today.

Had surgery on 2/12 having issues swallowing. Once I do it seems painful and my tummy starts growling.

How are my 2/12 buddies doing? I was in a lot of pain yesterday but the pain has subsided.

Hey everyone I got my surgery approval. I’m having surgery on 2/12 day 3 of the liquid diet. Down 5 pounds.

I have a torn medial meniscus and torn acl that’s the reason I’m having this surgery to get to weight off my knees.
