Went to my 7 week post op appointment today and the dr and I think I'm eating too much sodium and retaining fluids. What is everyone eating? I really need some fresh ideas! What does your typical day look like? How much are you eating and how many cal, carbs, protein, etc are you eating a day? I didn't have to meet with a NUT since I'm self pay so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I got a band to sleeve revision on 8/11/15. I have only lost about 38 pounds. One day I will be down 2 pounds and the next I will be up 2 pounds! What is happening? I'm getting in all my protein and eating very little carbs. It's just hard to see so many others losing quickly and here I am like " nope, didn't lose this month"!

I get 800 to 900 calories a day. I don't always work out. Maybe I need to be more dedicated to that. It's just extremely hard due to work hours.

Acid reflux is what it sounds like. I have it too! -
I get like this every once in a while and I have drink more. Doctor said it happens when you are dehydrated.

Scale hasn't moved all week so I decided to take a picture in a new dress that came in the mail today to compare to a before pic. The before picture was taken the night before surgery 6 weeks ago! My non scale victory!!

I can tell my girls have shrunk but I'm only 6 weeks out so I haven't bought new bras yet. I'm trying to wait until the last possible moment!
