I may eat a tablespoon or 2 of carbs once in a while, I try my best to stay away from them. But lately I've been in love with animal crackers to the point I was scared of hitting a stall so I throw them out lol

Yes I use correctol, it's more of a laxative but you going with 4 hours.

Hi, it's nice to meet you. I feel like I need a cleanse, TMI but I've become so constipated that I'm taking stool softer once a week. Did you experience any thing like this?

I had surgery 6/29/17 and I'm returning back to work on 8/14/17. I truly believe 6 weeks for me was needed. I'm a nurse and in no way could I have returned any sooner. last week was the 1st week I had no soreness or pain. But everyone different.
