Help! I slipped and had a few bites to eat. I had waited to long between shakes and had a few forkfuls of my daughter's dinner. Didn't even realize it! Now I'm worried I won't be able to have my surgery come Monday. I have four days left, will I be ok! Stuck to it the first whole week and lost 10 lbs. struggling with it this week.

I'm 3 days away from surgery and hit a wall a few days ago. I lost 10 lbs the first week, but nothing this week. Anyone else have this happen to them? Frustrating.

You will be one hot mamma and he will either be super jealous and not be able to handle it or completely support you and enjoy the new you. He could be scared that you will leave once you lose the weight. Might warrant a good heart to heart talk about what really is scaring him. -
