I have had 2 fills, and have 2.8 cc in me. It has not worked on restriction at all. I have to slow down chewing..and can't drink while eating because i had 1 pb incident. I can eat a whole lot though...like a whole chicken breast and some rice and still do not feel satisfied. I am going tomorrow for my 3rd fill. Will let ya know how it goes. I have a 9.75 cm band. Is that a big band or small band? Janet you probably know more about that, is that big or small?

I think this week will be a good week with the 21st century theme. I can see Katherine doing some Norah Jones. She would sound really good singing her songs. Chris will do awesome...cause he just is awesome! God,I love that man.

Sherry, congrats on the 3 pounds lost...thats awesome! I am struggling with the no losing right now either....I am also down 25 pounds...but i have been stuck there for like a week! Feel your pain!

Hey everyone....I pb'd last night for the first time. I ate a healthy choice pizza way too fast and too much bread! It got stuck and then the saliva started. Then it felt like I couldn't breath and that I was choking...after i got sick i felt better. Just thought I would let ya know! Not that ya'll want to know about my pbing...but it happened..so thought i would share. So lesson learned...slow down, chew my food, and I really do have a band in there!!! HAHA! I know what your saying, but who honestly ever tells the whole world...I hate myself...I think I am a fatass...I think I need to lose a ton of weight, and I am miserable with myself...ofcourse she is going to say she is ok with herself, and that big is beautiful...she was in the public eye, and had to stay positive...she wanted to keep a job on tv!

Hey everybody....I bought a scale from Target that monitors your weight and body fat..which I don't understand the body fat thing. That is not the same as BMI..cause if it is then the scale is way off. It is digital and weighs to the tenth of a pound. It was I think $39.99. Nanster: I heard that cauliflower is one of those foods that is hard for people to digest...so that might have been your only problem. That and broccoli, I have heard are very hard to digest with a lapband. Just a guess though! Good luck, hope that pbing is behind you....and no more! OK...so I saw some pics of my at my sister's baby shower this weekend...and I was devistated. I thought I was looking better than that! I thought after 25 lbs, I might be able to see a difference. I looked bigger than ever. I am so aggrevated!:angry

I actually dream about him..although he must not have watched Walk The Line....he said that Johnny Cash wrote that for his wife, saying he would be faithful. WEll...uh...we all know johnny wasn't faithful,hence his marriage to June Carter. I thought it was funny he referenced that song to being like his life right now. He is still a cutie though!

He really did brag on the singers alot. Course, they were all really good last night...I think last nights show was the best one yet for all the singers. AND again..anytime I talk about AIDOL I have to say....I LOVE CHRIS.....he is such a hottie...wow...gosh...what I wouldn't give!

Hey everybody....just saying hi, its been a while. I am not doing so good with the diet thing...I do good all day...and then like tonight...I had a whole solo lean cuisine meal, 2 handfuls of baked cheetos, and 2 bites of a cookie...is that binging or what? My band has no restriction. I am going in again on the 28th, but that will be my 3rd fill since my surgery feb.20th. it is so hard not feeling restriction when everybody on here seems to feel it! O'well..we will see what the scale says on Wed...

Hey all. happy Monday! Well, I went to KY and we had my sister's baby shower, which is such a blessed thing. They have been trying to conceive for 6 years, and they have finally decided to adopt from Guetemaula..and are getting their son in a few months. They have updated pics of him and everything...it is so cool! He is 3.5 months old. Anyway...they had tons of food that I couldn't eat....oh and I had licks here and there off my daughters plate. I am horrible...I just wasn't ready for that kind of food to be put in front of me. Anyway..I didn't gain, but I didn't lose...guess I will be happy I didn't gain! What made you say "hey, I am not going to be fat anymore"...what was that button that was pushed...or that comment that was made..or that look in the mirror that really set you off on this journey? I would love to know! For me it was my mom asking me "why don't you every play with Kaylee (my daughter) in the floor anymore...she loves it when you sit on the floor with her and do a tea party!" It was because I couldn't hardly breath getting up and down from the floor. I was totally uncomfortable when I was down there and never could find that comfort zone. When my mom said that it hit me, that my weight had taken over my life and everyone that mattered to me.

Ok...so pissed that Kevin is not gone. I wish we could vote against people...I would stay up all night voting to get him out!!! That was mean, but he gets on my ever last nerve! That Lispy...voice....ugh! Anyway...Loving Chris...my hot talented hunk of man. I puling for him and mandisa. Mandisa is from Nashville, where I am from so gotta pull for her, plus she is awesome!
