    GOOOOOOOOOO TAYLOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was soooooo happy he won...I was rooting for Chris all season, but since he got booted....and I am still pissed about that.......I am pumped Taylor won! He is a cutie also....in his own way. Chris is just a God!

    Hey guys WOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO I put on a size 12 today!!!!!!!!! OK it was so tight I couldn't hardly breath....BUT I got it zipped!!!!!!!! I didn't wear it cause I wouldn't have been able to breath but hey i got it on!!!!!! I am officially down 40 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooo excited! Sorry doing a little dance for myself....i can't help it!

    February 2006 bandsters unite!!

    Hey everyone... Ok..I havent been doing well on the whole eating thing. I have been making bad choices...but It has to change. I still have lost weight...but I know that it can't last the way I have been doing it! About the hair loss....I lost a bunch of hair like 6 or 7 years ago when I lost 60 pounds really quickly, my hair got really thin ...but it grew back within like 5 or 6 months it thickened back up and grew out stronger and healthier...it was a pain though for a while. I haven't experienced it yet, but I probably will soon. Does anyone else tan with their band? I have been tanning for about 2 weeks and it is getting really dark around my port site. Just wondering if that is normal...or just plain wierd, or both? Happy monday to everyone!

    Tammy, We are praying for you. My grandma had to have her intestines removed, I think it was like 13 feet removed. It is a very hard surgery to recover from. Please let me know if you need anything...I am always here to lend an ear. Try to do good eating, but really give yourself a break....stress burns alot calories I hear. not that we want to burn it that way...but it might make you feel better about the potato chips you ate. We are loving ya!

    Thanks JanetC!!!!!!! you made me smile this morning. I have to increase my water...I have not done well with that at all. I am going to start making better decisions....as of uhhhh.......lunch, cause i ruined breakfast by eating eggs, cheese, and 1/2 biscuit. Do you think I am restricted enough..that is alot of food isn't it! O'well...talk to you guys soon!

    Tammy: I am so sorry to hear about your aunt and Uncle. Please know that they are in my prayers. Try to keep smiling...I know that it is hard..I too have a big family and we are all really close. It sucks when something bad happens and we are far away!! I thinking of ya! Welcome to all the new members!!!! JUmp in with both feet! Ok...I have totally fallen off the wagon! I have eaten everything in sight the past week. I have been so stressed and on an eating frenzy! I haven't gained any weight yet, but its probably coming. Please someone give me words of encouragement!! I need it badly!

Kat should have gone...I know that I am repeating what you all are saying.....but geez..I had to vent. UGH....Well now I am rooting for Taylor.     hey gals..and guy! I have been scarce for a while...we have been moving our office and I haven't had access at work, and by the time I got home I was so tired I couldn't move. Today we had a birthday party for my daughter. She turns 3 tomorrow. I ate tons of fruit, chips and salsa, and a piece of pizza. I ate a bite of ice cream and pb'd awful. Too much food...what was i thinking????? Hope eveyone is doing well.

    I think Paris will go home tonight. I thought all the performances were weak...but I did like taylor and chris. I though it was weird that Katherine was on her knees at the end...maybe thats were she is use to being ...on her knees:nono:...sorry that was bad...shame on me!

    Morning all...Ok question?? Do we recopy the chart eveytime or do we go back and edit the one we originally posted? Just wondering? I exercised again today..I am giving myself a pat on the back because it is 2 days in a row...I know that sounds silly but I felt like crap this morning and wanted to stay in bed...but I made myself get up and do my Gazelle for 30 minutes. BOy....I can feel it in my calves! Just had ot share a personal victory!

    I worked out for the first time today.....well haven't worked out in weeks...or like months. So i walked for 30 minutes at 6:00 am ...it felt great. I am going to do some Gazelle tonight.     Is It Worth It??

    My doc says to let it stay in the fridge a while and then I can have carbonation. I can tolerate about 1 a day. I sip on it through the whole day. I enjoy my 1 diet dr pepper a day It keeps the headaches away! I agree with you...do as your dr says!

    oh..oops! LOL...I didn't realize I did that. I don't know if I can keep up with the scorecard so I may just check in with you all to see how ya'll are doing! I will be your alls cheerleader...I don't have alot of time to keep up with my job and kids...so I need to focus there first I suppose. I will keep up though...and keep posting.

    ya'll are too funny!! I hope that they don't change Chris...he is awesome the way he is. But....I don't think that Kelly Clarkson has suffered too much..she is huge and didn't she just write some of her own songs? I don't know..I don't keep up with it much as to how she has struggled with Idol? I just know she is super rich, and a household name
