I think she is gorgeous, so if I am being compared to her, then I feel very blessed. Tricia, telly is just statin fact girl. You look a lot like Linda Carter, and she was one super smokin chick when wonder woman came out. Maybe they should do a remake of the movie and you could play her. hehehe

Sherri it could be just swollen. Myport area is still very swollen. If I lay down and push I can feel it, but it is swollen. Also, you are starting out at a lower BMI right? Could be that you just don't have a lot of fat to hide it behind.

I lost both rings approx 2 months ago. Just looked down one day and they were both not on my finger. It broke my heart, but DH told me it was ok, that we were going to renew our vows after I get to goal anyway. He said it will be like marrying a completely different person.

I can't remember a silly gift, except some unmentionable things here. LOL I have certainly given some silly gifts. Gave DH a thong one year as a gag gift. Funniest part was he came out of the bathroom christmas night wearing them, looking down saying that the didn't feel right. He had them on worng. Not backwards, but just wrong. Like his right legs were in one leg hole and the waist band, and the other leg hole was around his waist. Lets just say it didn't look comfy, and it was absolutely hilarious. He hasn't worn them since.

You have obviously never tried mine! HAHAHAHA I worry about this too. My family expects my cornbread and sausage gravy. And my mother in law makes THE BEST sweet rolls ever!! Thanksgiving and christmas are going to be a trial. We will see if I can handle just one or two bites of everything.

I do have the ricotta cheese. Honestly, the taste isn't for me. I added some sugar free preserves, but it just a funky taste to it. I know my daughter loves it though!! She hovers arond me cause she knows I won't finish it. lol

Did your doctor restrict you to only 4 oz of liquids 3 times a day? If so that seems a little extreme. this si a time for healing, and your body needs as much Protein as it can take in. if you are hungry, drink some Protein Drink like Isopure, or some broth. there is no reason for you to sit around hungry. the lethargy is from not getting enough to survive on. you need that protein, esp while your body is healing. moving around will get that gas out. try some gas-x strips for the gas, and see if that helps. Yesterday I started getting a pain in my neck, and it has continues today. Feels like tight muscles, but I know it is pain from my diaphram. Problem is, I don't have gas LOL My diaphram is irritated for some reason. I get this pain when i breathe in deeply. So it is definitely my diaphram. Not sure what to do about it.

Seems we have had a lot of useless spam lately. I don't mean people pushing their surgeons, or office assistants coming on posing as band patients. No, I didn't get any of those. Seemed to be too much food, but I will try them when my portions get larger. I LOVE pineapple and cottage cheese.

Last year we sat Emily down to explain what Christmas is really about and where it came from. This year we will be having the same discussion with Andy. And probably rediscussing it with Emily. I think she got it though. She wanted to make a birthday cake for Jesus, so we did. I have a feeling this will become a regular thing. LOL I agree that there is just something magical about the holiday season. People are nicer, the weather is fresher and cooler, I LOVE christmas lights and light displays. There is something so special about decorated houses and storefronts and street corners. Rob made large wooden cutouts of the charlie brown christmas gang, all standing around the charlie brown christmas tree. We have a nice little front yard for it now, so we will have that set up this year. Not sure what we will do for lights though.

They are having trouble. Amazon owns their online stores, and they are consolidating their babies r us, toys r us, and kids r us stores across america. We have had 2 stores near here close, meaning we have to drive about 30 minutes to get to one. It is too bad really. We keep all of our sales slips no matter what, but I would hate to lose one, and not be able to return something.

Oh, I so totally have to disagree. My DH and I have FABULOUS sex, and I think one of the reasons why is because we are comfortable with each other and share our fantasies and wishes and desires. We are secure enough to get freaky with each other. :eek: I didn't have that when I was single. When I was single, and hot, I could get whoever whenever, but the real fireworks started after the wedding. We also get it often. Our friends kid us, because even though we have been together for 11 years, and married for going on 7 years, we can't keep our hands off of each other. We are like teenagers with our parents away. LOL

Cheri - The gain may be due to you rehydrating your body. If you guzzled a ton, you might have needed it. Just move on for next week and I bet you have a loss then. Pinkylee - Awesome job! I forgot to add that to my list. also one of our favorites. I love that TNT usually runs that movie for 24 hours during christmas. We do the same with our kids the night of thanksgiving. After we have eaten we go to the kids room and clean out the toy boxes and closet. All working toys that they want to donate or have outgrown goes to the charity box, and all of the broken things go to the trash box. Any stuffed animals go into a wash box so they can be washed before going to charity. We then pray for the families that they will go to, and we tuck them into bed. If we are in North Carolina during thanksgiving then we do it as soon as we come home. The wish list is growing!! This is great! I would like to ask for a volunteer to man a recipe post. Anytime someone posts a recipe they go back and edit the recipe post and add it to the list, with all the ingredients and instructions. This way we have a great place to gather all of the recipes together. Who feels up to doing this??
