it freezes great, just do not fast thaw it. instead, thaw it out in your fridge. that way it does not turn to total mush.

I was my own teacher. My parents gave me Water wings, and threw my in the pool at 3. LOL I chewed holes in the water wings and gradually learned to paddle and keep myself afloat as the air leaked out. LOL I do not recommend this to anyone. But it sure worked for me!

Wel the mystery is over. My pain is because I now have a full blown chest cold. My lungs are all congested and it is inflaming my diaphram. That is what it causeing the pain. So I have to find some chest decongestant that won't make me cought too much. LOL I wish I could take some ibuprophen, but I know that is not good.

Inamed is a maker of the lapband. there are about 3 or 4 makers of the lapband. The Vanguard is one type and size of the band that Inamed makes. It is just a description of the particular band that I have. I am doing good so far with the band. I am open, so I can eat more than I'd like, but I am scheduled for my first fill in about 3 weeks. I have a chest cold so it makes my diaphram a little inflamed, which is bringing back the shoulder and neck pain with deep breaths. I look forward to meeting you too, and everyone else on the cruise. I love cruises!!

that is so true. the only time he said no was the day after our daughter was born. he was in the shower with me at the hospital incase i got weak or dizzy. Anyone ever notice they have those nice cusioned seats in the hospital shower? hehehe. I sat down, and realized that everything lined up perfect. but he got out of the shower.

Some people have it last up to two weeks. the more you walk the quicker it wil go away, trust me. it is refered pain from the diaphram. try taking some gas-x chewables or strips to help with the gas as well.

Ok, I have taught swim lessons, and been a lifeguard. One thing I do not understand is why they ask the parents to not be in attendance after the first lesson. That screams foul to me. We loved it when the parents were there, because the kids would try harder, and it would not be just play time for them. I have not problem with her taking the kids to the deep end to get them over their fear, but it has to be done in an appropriate way. Did she have them come into the water one at a time, or was she trying to hold all three up in the water at the same time?

just be careful how hard you tap that mic. we aren't cutesy. I usually just say "can I blow you?" If we are around people or the kids, then i will whisper. Like I said earlier, he is usually in the bedroom naked before I can finish the sentence. LOL
