I LOVE Isopure protein drink and protein water. Both come in a big bottle. The protein water is light in color, lightly flavored, and has 5g of protein. The protein drink comes in a big glass bottle also, is brightly colored, an comes in various full on fruity flavors like mango, apple, and grape. It has 40g of protein per bottle, and tastes like liquid jello. you can buy it online, and in some GNC's.

lol a demented sense of humor is often a good thing around here. the comments that I am refering to are things like "Oh my god, you look hot! Wanna go out?" or "WOW, what are you doing later?" that would certainly make a person feel uncomfortable showing pics like that. I know I posted pics of my naked from the waist down for a bet to see how much would be removed uring my now cancelled apron surgery. I blacked out the appropriate things, but worried a bit about posting them. thankfully, i did not receive those types of comments. LOL But who would with a body shot like that? HA! Weird thing...I have gotton more comments from my face av pic than anything. that generates a lot of pm's. LOL

503, I think as long as you are smart about it, cheer on. some of us ladies have had a few unwanted comments that are blatantly over the line, but when it is clear that there is some joking, or that the intrest is sincere, and not sexual, then the cheers are not only ok, they are greatly appreciated!! I hope that made sense!

one thing i have noticed is that since being banded, i actually can't take the super sweet taste any longer. i left a diet sprite out just so i could have it as a treat, and it was WAYtoo sweet for me. an sprite isn't nearly as sweet as diet coke.

I will add that we do a competition sometimes, but that it is monthly, and just for some fun. that is not what this group is centered around though. there are just monthly challenges within the Gone for Good group as a whole.

my doc explained that it wasn't that it would stretch the pouch, but that you can get air stuck, and it can cause nausea. I have had this happen from gulping air while drinking an eating. it makes you vomit. that is the really bad thing.

oh you poor thing!! I have not ha them, but it stands to reason that you might get them. it is from the chicken pox virus being dormant in your body and coming out when you are stressed. how awful! My father in law just went through this after some seriously hard work on his property. his doctor gave him some stuff to bathe in, as well as a lot of pain meds. the virus really wiped him out. and it takes a lot to get your energy back. please keep in mind that when you do get the bumps and rash you will be contagious to anyone who has never had the chicken pox.

Isopure protein drink is nice. It is fruity in flavor, an has massive amount of protein. Personally I also lived on fruit smoothies with frozen bananas blended in. it really fille me up and stayed there. and i could make them myself so i could play with the flavor and different types of fruit.
