Today I'm six weeks postop and was able to meet with my surgeon for a check up but I was told that he would like me to be under 200 pounds by my next six week check up. I'm concerned that I'm actually not losing a lot of weight and I'm barely losing 1 to 2 pounds a week. Does anybody have any ideas on meal plans and/or work out tips that I can work on so I can boost my weight lost?
