I was 204 when I went in and 5'8. I have lost 15 pounds since the 4th of September. Weight lose has stalled thanks to pms!!!! And at least I am not gaining but been on 189 for 3 days now. I will let you know since I also had a low bmi. Hope you are doing great!!! -

So how much are you eating at one time? I guess I just feel as if I am also eating too much at one time, but I am actually hungry. I am having greek yogurt like half a cup with honey, mashed potatoes like half a cup. Also soup blended in blender, ricotta cheese with a little spaghetti sauce, cream of wheat with pb in it. I guess I just wonder if this is ok? I had the band before and I couldn't eat anything and I could always feel it restricting. With the sleeve I really can't feel it and I guess I am comparing to the band? -

I am 2 weeks out today and just wondered what everyone was eating? And do you feel like you are hungry all the time? Please list like what a typical day is for you! I need some input on this! -
Ok so I see your info all over this site so I know you would be a good person to ask a question. I am out 2 weeks today, had surgery in Mexico. I am following the foods you posted for 2 week, but I am starving it feels like? Did you have that feeling too? I feel like maybe they didn't take enough out or something?

6 days post op and need help on diet!!!

Ok so I had surgery on Saturday the 4th. I am so confused on liquid diet. I can't do broth the thought of it makes me want to vomit! So I have been doing protein shakes and I guess I am doing this all wrong. My instructions say only broth, water, jello and juice. I had lapband before and so I am just struggling with what to do. I don't want to do any damage to my new stomach but just not sure what I can do at this point? Am I the only one struggling with this stage? Thanks for any info! -
I have had a hard time with my band and actually had it removed last week, I am scared I will gain it all back. I was starving to death basically and my band eventually slipped. I wish you the best of luck and I think this site is a good place to get info!

You look really good. How did you do it? I was band in 11/2008 and I have only lost 35 pounds it really makes me said. I see every one else loose weight and i am still fat. can or would you help me out thanks?
