I was just wondering what do you eat on a daily basis? I have had such probs with my band and had a complete unfill today and still have 10 pounds till goal. And info on your diet would be great! Thanks

Ok I need your help!! I am 15 away from goal and for my first year ya I lost 100 but I starved myself as my surgeon wasn't really helpful in that area. So what do you eat daily? I am learning this all over after a year! So any info would be great!! I want to get to 150 !

So I was just looking at your pics and wanted to tell you how amazing you look, then while looking on facebook I see you on my friend Emily Stack's facebook. How random huh? You do look amazing and I just wanted to know if you have any problems (other than being friends with emily) Lol. And did you go to ASC?

I also just saw Dr. Schlesinger and I am so happy with him!!! I recently moved to Arizona from Oregon and not one doctor here would see me. I ended up in the ER due to pain from band and also gallbladder and the doctor in ER told me good luck and that he has Lap Band in Mexico and if you had surgery out of state you are SOL!! So I had called 22 lap band doctors total, one doctor did agree to look over my medical records for 1,500 down and agreement to enroll in nutritional and workout programs through his clinic...I was hopeless. I found Dr Schlesinger's # and I cried when they told me they would see me!!! He unfilled my band as I had been throwing up for the entire year I had my band!!! And did gallbladder removal and is working with me on how to actually eat and live with the band (seems so each for everyone else but me) he is a blessing and I am so glad he is my doctor and yes Jen is also great with helping with insurance and so informative....this doctor is the best and if you live close by and you are considering lap band so yourself a favor and go see him!!!! -

I have not had a lift....I wish! My skin to me is horrible and was alot better when I was swimming...had some set backs but I am ready to work my booty again and get my body looking it's best! What is your goal?

It took forever for me to notice my weight loss and everyone around me was like what the hell are you blind. Body image is so weird and honestly I think people look at me I am still 260....it is very weird transistion and I struggle with it everyday. I am really hard on myself too! I just had emergency gallbladder surgery and had my band all the way unfilled two weeks ago...I have gained 8 pounds and I started my period too. I had a really unhealthy weight loss and I lost about half my hair so trust me gradual is better...you have beautiful hair and you will want to keep it! You just need to keep on going girl and it will be a great feeling when you hit goal. How much have you lost?

The Tool show was amazing!! I have wanted to see them forever they were on my list of top 5's to see before I die...so I have seen Metallica, Slipknot, Tool, Marilyn Manson, Korn and just have Rage Against the Machine and I can die happy. Maynard was so amazing and captivating and hippie like vibe was so kool!
