I found you guys by using google and I am in the middle of it I guess I started it October 2015 and am down over 133.8lbs(All well smoking medicinal cannabis). There is a such thing of healthy munchies and learning to control it rather than blaming a very helpful plant for the munchies, blame yourself for grabbing junk and letting the high get you down. I exercise when I am stoned and then eat a protein snack. I had my ds on 10/23/2017. So far so good. I have been waiting so long for this and worked so hard for this. I am so excited for everything for the future me. I feel like if I have a question the community here will be able to help me because they are awesome.
