Shoulders and diaphragm are on fire

I just had the gastric sleeve procedure done yesterday (July 31) and my shoulders are killing me from the gas pumped into my abdomen. I was told my shoulder my be sore afterward, but I wasn't expecting it to be this bad. What's even worse is my diaphragm from being expanded for so long. Did anybody else experience this? Is there anything you can do about it?
