My liquid diet started on 7/26. I lost 15lbs . Surgery on 8/9 I have lost 7 slow loser but as long as it's steady I okay. I drink normal now and can tolerate everything just in moderation. Never had nausea. I have no regrets at this point , I needed this tool . -

It's very frustrating! I lost 15 lb pre op diet. The scale is finally moving after 2weeks post op. Down 6 lbs since surgery. I am getting 70 grams of protein and have gotten my calories up to about 700 was really getting upset last week trying to get my water intake up now. Just stick with the program and tweak things till they work for you ! Good luck -

I guess I will have to track my fluid intake too. I have my food not liquids. We will see if that helps. -

Oh man I know what you mean ! I only 4 lbs down since the surgery 12days ago. I lost 15 on the pre liquid diet as well. -

Yes I am started on them 2 days after surgery. Flinstones chewable I take 2. Plus b12 twice weekly. -

Wow I had my surgery same day and I have been eating scrambled eggs , cottage cheese, beans, soft fruit, tuna, salmon with no problems ! I start mechanical foods Tuesday. I can almost drink normal too. Weird how everyones bodies are so different. Flip side is I have only lost 4 lbs since surgery. I get around 600 a day thinking I may be able to get them up to 800 this week . -

I was sleeved on the 9th and same thing here . Glad I am not the only one !! Been racking my brain but trying not to get Discouraged . Try to tell myself to stay off the scale for a week . I not a light weight don't get it -

Had my 1week check up today and was cleared for puree ! Had scrambled egg and cottage cheese for breakfast it was awesome ! Still full though and it's almost dinner time -

I had my surgery Wednesday and I have been having squeezing in my pouch . This morning when I woke up and other times of the day it happens. Doesn't matter what I am doing or weather I am eating or not. Does anyone else experience this ? I have my 1 week check up tomorrow. -

I gained 4 lbs in the hospital. Have seen some gain 10 ! Had my surgery the 9th and this morning I am 1 lb under when I went in to the hospital. So I finally on my way back down😂 -
