    DietDuchess posted a topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A

    I am planning my surgery for January 10th. I am not covered for gastric bypass by my insurance company, so I am self paying in Mexico. I have heard mixed reviews about the 'ALM' and Dr. Ortiz recently but have heard numerous good things as well. I am very excited to be going and looking forward to the journey. Anyone else going there about the same time?

    I am going to A.Lighter.Me. down in Mexico. A couple of my friends have done it and I have a co-worker going in November. For gastric bypass package it is $5900. I had PCOS, endometriosis and tachycardia. Need to do something, so I am saving to go in January. -Good luck
