I have vanilla Bariatric Advantage... it's not horrible either. I am going to have to try the Premiere clear. -
Cayote... typically grits thinned in the am, then a protein drink, 4 oz of cream soup, then a shake, then more soup, and a shake! I have been drinking the Bai antioxidant waters. They are pretty good. 1g of sugar.

I have been using Premier Chocolate It has 160 calories, 1 g sugar, is low fat, and doesn't taste bad! I have also added PB2 to give it a little something different. I also have a bariatric vanilla that I add a bit of coconut milk too. That makes it tolerable. I hope this helps! -

Hey everyone! I was sleeved two weeks ago and I have been feeling great. Surgery day I was 275 and this morning 262.5. I see the high numbers on here and I get a little discouraged. I think I must be in a stall... the numbers just aren't moving like they are. I am getting in 60 grams of protein, under 600 calories, and under 50 total carbs. Does that seem right to you? I am still in the full liquid portion until Monday. -
Hello all! I am just starting to really post on here. I am frustrated by a stall and concerned that my calories are too high. I have seen some amazing weight loss numbers on here and it is discouraging
